The config file can be located from %LOCALAPPDATA%\BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment\DB Xenoverse 2.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 – Goku Black Character Missing
The developers are working to solve this problem and the Goku Black will be added in next patch so be patience.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 – PS4 DualShock 4 Controller Issues
It’s a general gamepad issue. All controllers can have the right stick completely stop functioning when you talk to NPCs. When that happens usually bringing up the menu fixes it, or at least it does for my DS4. Occasionally I also notice the camera being over-sensitive but not the way you’re describing it. The game surprisingly has native DS4 support so using DS4 windows isn’t going to help anything except to make the game think it’s a Microsoft controller, which still suffer the same bugs.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 – Won’t launch or Nothing Happen after Run the Game
Most players are reporting that they are facing the launch problem. When they try to launch the game, nothing happens after double click. Very first, verify the game cache files from Steam. Run the game in Windows 7 Compatibility and Run as Administrator by right clicking.
